Dancefit is continuous dance steps and movement over the duration of the class where you just follow along without the pressure to remember a routine from week to week.
The dance styles vary from Latin, Modern/Jazz, Hip/Hop/Funk, Cabaret/Burlesque, Disco and more! There is absolutely no pressure and no experience necessary in Dancefit classes, everybody is there to have fun, have a laugh and enjoy expressing themselves through dance and learning how to move their body.
Just bring your willingness to move and have fun!
