Professional knives

Rosewood — this beautiful timber was used by Victorinox for all knife handles until 1974. Attractive to the eye and comfortable in the hand it is still preferred by professional enthusiasts. The oils in the timber have a natural antiseptic property. These knives should never be soaked in water or cleaned in a dishwasher, but washed under a running tap.
