Chiball method classes are based on Chinese medicine, which has within its philosophy 3 main elements : Chi, Yin/Yang, and the meridians. Chi is our vital energy. Chi can be depleted through stress and negative emotions. Moving muscles slowly and mindfully relaxes and looses the meridians, allowing improved chi and blood flow which restores and renews energy.
